A short private live webinar (hosted on Zoom) where we review one product in detail — covering features, quality, and real-world use. Only seat holders get in. At the end of every webinar we randomly select one entry to receive that item for free.

Seats are priced per webinar, typically $5–$20 each. The price is shown on every webinar listing. You’re paying for the webinar access — the giveaway is the bonus.

RANCHWEBINARS — that’s us (Ranch Webinars LLC). You’re buying webinar seats, so the statement shows the webinar company name. If a charge looks unfamiliar, contact us before disputing it — we’ll sort it fast.

Yes — seats are refundable on request any time until the webinar broadcast begins. Once we’re live, seat purchases are final (you received the webinar access you paid for). If we ever cancel a webinar, every paid seat is refunded in full automatically. Details in the Terms.

Yes — pick the specific seat numbers you want from the seat grid on the webinar page. You can grab as many seats as you’d like (and are still available) — every seat you claim is one entry in the draw. Seats are first-come-first-served.

Yes. Every webinar accepts free mail-in entries with the same odds as paid seats — no purchase necessary. Mail a hand-written postcard with your name, email, phone, mailing address, and the webinar product name to our PO box (full instructions on the free-entry page). One entry per envelope; you can submit as many separate envelopes as you’d like to match what paid customers do. Mail-in entries are pulled into the same random draw as paid seats.

Once the show is scheduled, every seat holder gets an email with the showtime and a personal Zoom join link — it’s registered to your name and email, no Zoom account needed. Click it a few minutes before we go live. The link is yours alone — it’s how we keep the show private to the people who claimed seats.

The show happens either way. Every webinar is guaranteed: if seats are still open 14 days after listing, we go live anyway and draw from the claimed seats and mail-in entries. Fewer entries just means better odds for everyone who’s in.

Live on camera, using a cryptographically random draw run at the end of the webinar. The draw is fully transparent — everyone in the show watches their own seat number get pulled, and the recorded draw is in the replay.

Your odds don’t change one bit — the draw includes every entry whether you’re watching or not, and winners are notified by email. Log into your account → Past Webinars to watch the replay (including the draw) for 30 days from the show date.

We ship anywhere in the contiguous US (the lower 48 + DC) — free, with tracking. Alaska and Hawaii aren’t eligible at this time; see the Terms for eligibility details.

Within 7 business days of receiving your shipping address. We ask winners to confirm their address within 48 hours so we can keep that promise.

If we don’t hear back within 20 days, a $30/month storage fee per item begins accruing until you provide your address. After 60 days of no response we may re-draw the prize. (We’d really rather just ship it to you.)

Drop your phone number in the SMS opt-in box on the home page or any webinar page. We text 30–60 minutes before a webinar goes live and never spam.
