1. What you are buying

Giveaway Ranch sells access to live product-review webinars. When you purchase one or more seats, you are paying for admission to a scheduled live video presentation in which we review a product in detail. The promotional prize drawing held at the end of each webinar is a bonus promotional sweepstakes, not the product you are purchasing.

2. The promotional drawing (sweepstakes)

At the conclusion of each webinar, one entry is selected at random, live on camera.
The entry pool consists of every claimed paid seat and every valid free mail-in entry (see Section 4). Each paid seat is one entry; each valid mail-in card is one entry; all entries have identical odds.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries for that webinar.
Entry period: each sweepstakes opens when its webinar is listed on the site and closes when every seat is claimed or when the webinar is scheduled by the operator (Ranch Webinars), whichever comes first. There is no fixed calendar close date. Mail-in entries are governed solely by the receipt deadline in Section 4 — 11:59 PM Central Time the day before the webinar — which applies regardless of when paid seats sell out, so the free entry route is never open for a shorter period than paid seats.
Scheduling: the webinar and drawing run when every seat is claimed, or when the operator schedules the show (whichever comes first). There is no calendar guarantee. Once scheduled, the drawing proceeds among the claimed seats and valid mail-in entries at showtime.
Prize and value: each webinar page displays the prize being reviewed and its approximate retail value (ARV).
The selected winner receives the reviewed item, shipped free of charge per Section 6.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your odds relative to an equivalent number of free entries.
Winners list: for the name of any winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to PO Box 470, Lampasas, TX 76550 within 60 days of the drawing.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Ranch Webinars LLC are not eligible to win.
Prizes ship free within the contiguous United States (see Section 6).

4. Free mail-in entry (AMOE)

Every webinar accepts free mail-in entries with the same odds as paid seats. Full instructions are on our free-entry page. Summary: hand-write your full name, email, phone, mailing address, and the exact webinar product name on a postcard or 3″×5″ card and mail it — one card per envelope — to: Giveaway Ranch — Free Entry, Ranch Webinars, PO Box 470, Lampasas, TX 76550. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM Central Time the day before the webinar. Entries received after that deadline are valid for the next webinar of the same product, if any; late entries that do not match an upcoming product are returned or destroyed. Because paid customers may claim multiple seats, you may submit multiple mail-in entries (each in its own separately stamped envelope).

5. Seats, payments, and refunds

Seat prices are listed on each webinar page. You may claim multiple seats in a single webinar; each claimed seat number is locked to your order.
Webinar access is delivered as a personal join link emailed to the address on your order once the webinar is scheduled. The link is registered to you and admits you to the private live webinar; sharing or forwarding it is a violation of these Terms.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your statement will show RANCHWEBINARS.
Seats are refundable on request until the webinar broadcast begins. Once the webinar has started, seat purchases are final — you received the webinar access you purchased.
If we cancel or fail to hold a webinar, all paid seats for it are refunded in full automatically.
Seats are non-transferable.

6. Winner notification, shipping, and the storage fee

The winner is announced live on camera and notified by email at the address on their order (or mail-in card) promptly after the draw.
We ask winners to confirm their shipping address within 48 hours. We ship within 7 business days of receiving the confirmed address, free, with tracking.
Storage fee: if we do not receive your shipping address within 20 days of the winner-notification email, a storage fee of $30 per month, per item begins accruing until the address is provided. Accrued storage fees must be paid before the item ships.
If we receive no response within 60 days of the winner-notification email, we may select an alternate winner for the item, and the original winner forfeits the prize.
Prizes are awarded “as reviewed” in the webinar. No cash substitution, except that we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the reviewed item becomes unavailable.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prizes.
Damaged or defective prizes. Prizes are fulfilled through third-party retailers and carriers. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, or is lost in transit, that issue is between the winner and the retailer and/or shipping company. Giveaway Ranch is not the manufacturer, seller of record for the prize merchandise, or the carrier, and is not responsible for damage, defects, shortages, or loss caused by the retailer or shipping company. We may, at our option, share order or tracking details to help open a claim with them, but we do not replace prizes or issue refunds for retailer or carrier problems.

7. Webinar recordings

Each webinar is recorded. Participants can watch the recording in My Account → Past Webinars for 30 days following the webinar date, after which it is removed. We may retain and reuse recordings (including the live draw) for promotional purposes.

8. Conduct and fraud

We may void entries and/or refuse service for: automated or scripted entries, printed or photocopied mail-in cards, multiple cards in one envelope (counts as one entry), chargeback abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the draw. Decisions of Ranch Webinars LLC regarding the draw are final.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Webinars and prizes are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranch Webinars LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a webinar or drawing is limited to the amount you paid for the seats in that webinar. We are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries, or for technical failures beyond our reasonable control (including webinar-platform outages — if a draw cannot be completed live, it will be completed on the next scheduled webinar and announced by email). See Section 6 for retailer- and carrier-related prize issues.

10. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, a webinar, or a drawing will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lampasas County, Texas, and both you and Ranch Webinars LLC consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively to webinars listed after the change. The Terms in effect when you purchase a seat govern that webinar.
