1. What we collect

Account & order data: name, email, phone, billing address, order history, and claimed seat numbers when you create an account or buy webinar seats.
Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Mail-in entries: the name, email, phone, and mailing address you hand-write on a free-entry postcard. Logged per webinar for draw administration.
Winner shipping data: the shipping address you provide if you win.
Marketing data: email address and/or phone number if you opt in to webinar alerts (email or SMS).
Technical data: cookies and analytics (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location) used to run and improve the site.

2. How we use it

To run webinars: confirm your seats, send reminders, run the draw, notify and ship to winners.
To send marketing emails/texts only if you opted in — every message includes an unsubscribe link or STOP instructions (CAN-SPAM / TCPA).
To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
To meet legal obligations (tax records, sweepstakes record-keeping).

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf: Stripe (payments), IONOS (hosting), Klaviyo (email/SMS), Zoom (webinar hosting, registration, and recordings — your name and email are registered with Zoom so we can issue your personal join link), Google (analytics), and shipping carriers (winner fulfillment). Each is bound to use it only to provide their service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Winner publicity

We announce winners live during the webinar by first name, last initial, and seat number. We feature winners on our Winners Wall and social media only with their consent, requested in the winner-notification email.

5. Retention

Order and draw records are retained as required for tax and sweepstakes-compliance purposes. Mail-in postcards are logged and then stored or destroyed per the same schedule. You may delete your account at any time; we will erase personal data not subject to a legal retention requirement.

6. Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from email via the link in any message; reply STOP to end SMS.
Access, correct, or delete your account data from My Account, or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL].
Depending on your state (e.g., California, Texas, Colorado, Virginia), you may have additional rights to access, delete, correct, or port your data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests to [SUPPORT EMAIL]; we respond within the statutory window.

7. Children

Our webinars are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS; payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1); access to order data is limited to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to [SUPPORT EMAIL].
