Every Giveaway Ranch webinar accepts free mail-in entries with the same odds of winning as paid seats.
Mail a postcard. We’ll add you to the random draw alongside the paid seat holders. You don’t pay a thing.
Want multiple chances? Mail multiple postcards (one per envelope) — same as paid customers can claim
multiple seats.
How to enter free
- Get a postcard or 3″ × 5″ index card.
- Hand-write the following on the card:

- Mail it (one entry per envelope) to:

Important: mail-in entries must be received (not postmarked) by 11:59 PM Central
on the day before the webinar broadcast. Entries received after that point are valid for the next webinar
of the same product, if any. Late entries that don’t match an upcoming product are returned or destroyed.
The rules
- One entry per envelope. Each postcard must arrive in its own separately stamped, separately addressed envelope. Multiple cards in a single envelope count as one entry.
- Multiple entries are allowed. Because paid customers can claim multiple seats, you can mail in multiple separate envelopes too — one card per envelope, all hand-written, all to the same address. Same odds either way.
- Hand-written postcards only. No printed labels. No photocopies. No mass-produced cards.
- Entries are read into the same random draw as paid seats — identical odds. If a free entry wins, the prize ships to the address on the postcard at no cost, exactly like a paid winner.
- Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States, age 18 or older. Void where prohibited.
- You can enter any active or upcoming webinar, including multiple different webinars.
- We log every received card to a separate ledger by webinar; entries are added to the draw alongside paid seat numbers.
Why we offer this
Honestly? Because it’s the right way to run a sweepstakes, and it’s the law. Federal and state sweepstakes
laws require a free way to enter — this is it, with odds equal to any paid seat. We’d rather have one extra
postcard a week than any question about how the Ranch operates.
If you’ve never done a mail-in entry before: it’s not a trick. We don’t sell your address, and the odds really
are the same as paid seats. When your card arrives we log it straight into the draw for that webinar, and if
your card gets drawn you get the same winner notification email as a paid winner.
